W4AC Parties/ private events/workshops for kids/adults
TOTALLY BESPOKE ART PARTIES/ EVENTS/PRIVATE GROUPS
We love materials and don't 'do' pre- packaged assembly line art. We will put together an original and bespoke package of very creative activities to maximise the fun and tickle the imaginations.
We can organise an evening or half day of making and creative activities with the materials and media of your choice for you and a group of friends and/or provide any or everything at your child's party, keep all the kids entertained at a family event.
CHILDREN'S PARTIES/ EVENTS
Tell us what you want for the kids .... the little ones can go wild with paint and chaos and/or we can do magical no mess making. We can provide anything on any theme which you or your child desire. Knights and cardboard armour , fairies and princesses with castles and forts to paint and decorate; astronauts and aliens with rockets to the stars ; pirates and galleons ahoy; buzzing bugs and beautiful butterflies ; puppet theatres + a complete cast of characters; jewellery making ; junk sculpture; clay/plaster modeling; clock design and construction.... and our ever popular edible art activities.
We are are happy to run the entire party for you or do as much or as little as you like for any number of children with one or a full team of creative and experienced helpers. We can work in the park; your home/garden and/or suggest some very reasonably priced party venues in the locality.
PRICES ON APPLICATION
AS A ROUGH GUIDE, Think £15- £20* per child for the first hour of activities and less for any additional time for a hosted party. The cost depends on the location, numbers and the activities/materials but a £20 rate might include a giant 3D cardboard playhouse castle/space ship/townscape complex to paint and keep!
WE CAN WORK TO NEARLY ANY BUDGET and party bags won't be necessary as the kids will go home with fantastic art works and edible art activities can produce the birthday tea!
We can also do very small parties for older kids after school as a private workshop at W4AC or suggest a suitable local venue.
DIY PARTIES ARE NOT TOO DIFFICULT
In 2012 , the W4AC SHOP will be offering various themed DIY packages and opportunities to buy a much wider range of materials and hire equipment.
We are gradually putting up more and more materials and tried and tested cardboard playhouses and toys sourced from reliable suppliers. We may be able to provide you with materials at much lower rates than are obtainable elsewhere and loan you all the necessary covers, themed art overalls and equipment that you may need for the messiest of painting parties or just some super quiet jewellery making!
